Responsibilities:
– Introduce the products and its value to the clients by showing samples and examples in the Lioher Center Showroom.
– By understanding clients’ needs and our capabilities, to suggest solutions and create designs in the 2020 software
– To generate accurate estimates by introducing the orders in the system, to get clients approval and collect deposits.
– To follow up on claims for those orders already delivered which presented issues in coordination with the quality department.
– To be responsible for the design and architect community and to be an spec rep.
– To offer Lunch & learn events and to maintain their libraries.
– To support when needed, the rest of the Customer service team.
