Héctor Ruiz Velázquez redefines the urban home for Casa Decor 2022 — a living, adaptive apartment that answers new ways of inhabiting without giving up design or well-being. Strategic modules unlock not just floor area but the vertical dimension: an axis often forgotten in city interiors.
Alvic's Pigments collection — Almagra, Tortora, Camel, Verde Salvia — carries the palette. Inspired by nature's primary colors, it wakes the senses without shouting. Alongside it, Syncron Olmo 01 brings the authenticity of natural wood in a textured, tactile finish, anchoring the room in something organic and warm.
The result is more than housing. It's a statement about intelligent eco-design, aesthetic versatility, and the emotional experience of dwelling — a proposal that looks forward without losing its natural roots.
