The Greenhouse Club

Impar Capital's new space draws on the spirit of the classic gentlemen's clubs: a bar where music, conversation, and the slow pleasure of a good game take center stage. The scent is of wood, tobacco, and leather — the mood, unmistakably elegant.

To bring it to life, Equipo Impar turned to Alvic surfaces. Syncron Woodline 03 — an elegant, linear wood in dark, thermo-treated tones — clads the walls and wraps the English bar in warmth. Across the room, Luxe Sierra 02 fronts the millwork and the fireplace with a polished, deep-green marble rendered in high-gloss lacquer.

Together, the two finishes set the register of the club: one grounded in craft and shadow, the other reflecting light like a well-poured glass. A space designed, quite literally, to rewrite the story.
