    • For a claim processing, The above mandatory fields must be filled. No claim will be accepted after 30 days from the departure from LIOHER facilities, or before 24 hours after delivery for concealed damage. Any re-make order has to be placed by the client, at his own discretion, following the same process as regular orders. The remake order will be invoiced at regular prices. A credit (if apply) will be issued against the original order.The warranty is limited to the cost of the defective products without any compensation for labor, transportation or loss associated with the defective products. For the warranty to apply, products must not have suffered any shocks, exposure to a source of heat, contact with water or any other liquid substances.
